This week on Eg Games, over 200 players lose there gear, items, and money invested.
Interview with one player that was told there is nothing we can do:

Yes I notified Generatorz and Joker that after a maintenance due to a server failure that all my some of my gear was missing and my coins I paid for were missing they told me this. Generatoz “What do you want me to do? What am I supposed to give everyone their money back that loses something here and there? Use the vote system earn to earn some coins or buy some more coins. If you dont want to do that QUIT we have more then enough players to care if you quit or not.”

After hearing this responce I considered going back to play 2moons, if I was going to deal with children at lease it would be in game not in the staff. Nothing like hearing go screw your self after spending over 200$ with a company.

This is my responce from Joker another head EG Dekaron GM. Joker “Why are you contacting me? Its not my fault, shit happens let it go.” After hearing this Immediatly filed a charge back via paypal for the money spent were I learned that alot of people were charging back and getting their money back due to lost items, randomly deleted characters and more.
